Volspec Opening New Facility

Essex based Volspec Limited are pleased to announce that they will be taking on a new workshop & sales facility at Essex Yacht Marina on Wallasea Island. The operation will be open from 27th February 2012.

Volspec, the largest UK Volvo Penta Centre, based in Tollesbury, will be able to provide a high level of service to customers at Essex Yacht Marina and Essex Boatyards, who operate their Essex Fairline sales operations from this location. This facility will enable us to meet the ever increasing demands from customers and continue our long and successful relationship with Essex Boatyards and Fairline.

The facility will consist of a workshop enabling us to take large vessels and a sales point where genuine Volvo Penta parts can be obtained, permanently staffed by fully qualified engineers.

History of Volspec: With 22 staff and three bases – Headquarters located in Tollesbury on the river Blackwater in Essex and branches at Woolverstone Marina on the river Orwell and Felixstowe based in the docks in Suffolk. Volspec is the largest Volvo Penta Centre in the UK and has nearly 40 years experience in both the marine and industrial industry. The Company has a history of innovation and flexibility stretching back to its launch in 1973.
