The teams will be faced with three disciplines over the competition. In the first discipline they will face is Circuit racing which will be held on inshore secluded water where up close action will occur on a multi lap course where speed is the key. Surf Racing The second discipline is the surf competition which sees competitors pit there wits not only against each other but also against mother nature as they battle in surf conditions that would see most powerboat races cancelled. This is the type of conditions these boats were designed for and excel in and is sure to put both competitors and equipment through their paces. Endurance The final discipline sees the racers compete in the Long Haul event a race which must be a minimum of 80km in length but no more than 150km. The long haul event will test the teams stamina and there boats reliability in offshore sea conditions. F

ollowing the three disciplines a World Champion will be announced and whilst the team from Great Britain have years of experience amongst them they know it will be no walk in the park.
